At Rubik Everyday Streetwear, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. Change of Mind
If we do accept a return for change of mind, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with tags attached
Returned within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the item to request a refund.
3. Sale or Limited Drop Items
Unless faulty, sale items and limited releases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Once approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
